WHAT IS PVD COATING?<\/h3>\n

Physical Vapor Deposition (FBB) is the process of atomizing or evaporating a solid source under vacuum and depositing this material on the substrate to form a coating. The parts in the vacuum chamber to be coated are first heated and then ionized by bombardment with argon ions, thus creating a pure and clean metal surface free from any atomic contamination. Coating can be done at low temperatures without affecting the properties of hard metal and high-speed steels. It is healthier and more durable than conventional coating techniques.<\/p>\n
